All I have to say is STOP COMPLAINING. Obviously the systme in place works to a degree. I am sure that if we all sit around and think long enough we can find problems with everything, but, instead, practice!
As a concentrator in education, I can sit around a gripe about the failures of secondary education, or parenting etc.. in my home comunity all day long, but that won't change any of it. No amount of griping will change the way an old woman teaches english in junior high, similarly, no amount of griping will change the way college is sturctured. I personally enjoyed required recital listening while at college, it was treated as a time for the grou to grow adn learn together, but I did go to a VERY small lib. arts college, maybe that's the difference,
