Hey all again, sorry for two posts in a row . . .

I was asked today to help out my jazz band this year, cause one of the trombone players got sick. So I hadda find my tenor trombone, and grease it up and all. That's fine, but i'm playing first trombone, and I find it impossible to play the high notes with my Denis Wick 0AL. So, I switched around a bit today, with my Denis Wick 0AL, 4AL, SM5 and 6BL. They all allowed me to get the high notes, but they were just restricting the air flow so much. I'm thinking of expanding the throat on one of em. How would I go about doing this? Drill bits in my drill press?

I'm not worried about messing up a mouthpiece, incase I do it wrong, I got plenty spares, hehe.

Thanks,
Dan Mordhorst
