Yes, each different keyed tuba (BBb, CC, EEb, F) has different fingerings for the same notes ex: from the "F" at the bottom of the staff to "F" IN the staff: F tuba: F=open, G=4th, A=1,2 (first and second), Bb=1, C=open, D=1,2.,E=2, F in the staff=open. On EEb tuba (Eb, depending on size, whatever), F at bottom of staff=4th, G=1,2., A=2, Bb=open, C=1,2., D=2, E=1,2., F in the staff=1. etc. If you are serious about the tuba, study with a local pro, and he will say the same thing.
