-Although everyone's embouchure is different, there is a general rule of firm (not tight) corners combined with dropped jaw and slight pucker. The pucker, I believe, lets your softer inner part of your lips vibrate instead of the denser outer part. I think that helps to "round out" the sound on tuba a bit.
Coming from clarinet, it's going to seem like you're not using any muscles or embouchure at all when you play tuba. If you go with a completely relaxed embouchure, you're probably going to rely on mouthpiece pressure and other undesirable things that aren't very conducive to flexible and consistent tuba sound.
--Work on forming something like the embouchure I described, and most importantly, do what it takes to sound like you want to sound!
