Assuming you find out what it is that you are allergis to (ie. what the mouthpiece is made of/plated with) then the usual solution would either be:

1) A screw rim mouthpiece with a lucite rim (a type of plastic)
2) Re plating your existing mouthpiece. Very few people are allergic to gold as it is practically inert, so this would be the usual choice. It is also not as expensive as you would think and you get to keep the mouthpiece that you know and love. I had an entire trombone bell gold plated for £30 (about $45) at an industrial plating shop in Sheffield.

Also, there is a company who's name I can't remember that makes wooden mouthpieces (with a metal shank). If you can't find anything else then they may me worth a look - they are on the net somewhere and shouldn't take too long to find, but they are quite expensive and having never blown one I can't speak for the sound they make.
