It could be a number of things but most likely it is a dented or out-of-round valve casing. This can be easily repaired by an EXPERIENCED AND COMPETENT REPAIRMAN. I stress experienced and competent beacause on a couple of ocassions I made the mistake of taking my horn to a repairman who I didn't check out and was neither competent or experienced. I wound up paying twice for the same repair. Don't go bargain shopping when it comes to instrument repairs.
