Thanks all for the advice: The Conn 2J and 3J are front action pistons, correct? I'd like to get some specs on them (weight, height, etc). I'm guessing they're no longer made.

I've played a yamaha YCB 621: a little 'honky' due to the small (.689) bore: and once again, the front action didn't suit me. I'm interested in the YCB 661 (such as David Fedderly is selling). They aren't listed on the Yamaha page: so I'm assuming they're no longer made. Can anyone describe the sound of a 661 (perhaps compared to a 621 or a piggy). This would help me to decide.

Thanks again,

Ian Easton
