Brook Mays Tuba Store in Dallas maybe the closest (haven't checked). WWBW, Tuba Exchange, and the others art good, including Custom Music, but may not be as easily accessible as Dallas. You can take I-20 from north or central Mississippi. I-10 to I-45 from the coast? I assume you are driving, but if you could fly, you could call around to see who has a lot of horns in your price range and just fly there. Good luck.
