so schools will purchase a funky-design horn, just because it's assumed to be fairly-durable....but mostly because it's "cheap?" Now there is a FINE instrument to learn tuba on, after all it DOES have four valves.....

if Weril/Getzen is able to read the schools market somehow "better" than what almost all other public discussion seems to indicate, then more power to 'em. It just seems a heck of an investment on their part to compete on a street-price level with better horns that are within 15-20% of the "bargain" price for these 321 knock-offs.
