The one thing that comes to mind is your positioning in the ensemble. Try sitting somewhere where the bell points in a direction that will assist in getting the results you desire. Also, angle the horn so the bell is pointing exactly where you want it... unless you think pointing to the ground would be the best!

Not knowing your venue, I can't give any more detailed advice than that, but you've already proven that you're a problem solver by playing the part on euph rather than bone.

Oh! One other thing... as a bone player you are used to your bell being a foot or more away from your ears and pointing away from you. The euph's bell is a lot closer, and the bell comes up right by your head. Your playing will sound louder to you regardless of how well (or poorly) you are balancing to the ensemble.
