Here's a question for those who play a BBb horn.
Is the note "B natural" (second line in the staff)usually a difficult note to hit? I am a recreational player of very modest talent who plays a 4/4 German 4v rotary (VMI stencil). I find B-natural to be a consistent challenge to center. I have tried all my mpcs (large and small, funnel and bowl)with some positive results, but the note is still tough to hit on the fly.
I can except the fact that this could be a result of my horn, mpcs or meager talent ( or all of the above), but I did wonder if this is common problem with BBb horns.
