Hi there! I'm a former Navy Tuba player that used to play in the Northeastern Navy Band in Newport, RI. Atlantic Fleet...hmmmmmm....it's a fairly big band....my buddy Bobby Ferreira is the unit leader of the Unitas band that circumnavigates South America....he's a cool cat...the band sounds decent...i loved the Tidewater area when I was last there this past Spring Break...great Seafood and music...I have some buddys you may want to look up there...the Ecclectic Ghent area is also wicked cool...i think you'll have fun there...are you single or married...the place would be good for both, depends what band you're in...i hope this helps...fair winds and following seas shipmate...Marc
