I think the horn is a nice horn also, and if I had the bucks I might bid on it. Big Holtons don't come our way very often. A new York copy costs $15,000. If you purchase the horn for the $3000 reserve you still have $12000 before the horn isn't cost effective to fix up. You can do a lot of repairs for $12000. I missed the oppurtunity of buying one that was originally owned by Arnold Jacobs for about $5000 back about 8 years ago, and boy I'm I kicking myself.
