I took another look at both the Jacobs york and the Nirscl copy and I noticed that they both travel horizontally off the reciever but for less of a distance and make a broader "sweep" at the cluster as opposed to a tighter bend that the yamaha has. Like I said this may be negligable, but I feel it could result in a slightly different feel to the horn especially in terms of resistance. The yamaha takes a bend almost like the PT-7P/VMI Neptune, which seem to feel a little tighter than the Nirscl, but the flare of the leadpipe may differ also as the VMI product seems to feel and sound more German than the York copies.
