If your question is how t play the F Tuba in treble cleff and ignore the bass cleff
alltogether, get a French Horn method book and have fun. It is treble cleff and transposed to F. The fingerings will be funky but you have already been given some hints on that and a trumpet fingering chart will work, too. May we ask why you want to do this?
