I am looking to get my current mouthpiece, an OLD miraphone 22, replated because all the finish has come off entirely and the repair technician here at ithaca warned me of brass poisoning. I ask three questions:
1)The technician says gold plating, what is the general consensus on the board?
2)Where should i send it to be replated. (i live in NY)
3)How long would it take, approximately?
