Dependent on your chop structure, a bach 7C (trombone) might be a good inexpensive choice. It is a tad smaller than a 6-1/2 and with "standard" small bore trombone cup.

It may feel SMALL at first, but it will (hopefully) help develop an embouchure separate and more specific to the trombone. I would suggest taking, whenever time is available, a week to practice trombone only. It will hurt and you'll probably invent new swear words, but it will help separate tuba from bone. Switching between the two is sometimes detrimental, because of the huge vastness in difference between the two different types of airsteams.
