He frequently has his own horns on the list for sale and they have high marks from those that play them.
But there are many CC and BBb horns out there within that budget range: Conn 52/56j, Besson CC, a lot of Meinl Westons, many more. Get thee to Dillons, Woodwind/Brasswind, or Baltimore Brass and see what you like.
