Does anyone know much about Schmidt Tubas. I have been quoted a price of 3,500 for the tuba itself minus the case. I am a college student currently working towards a music education degree. Is this an appropriate tuba for me at this time. Im willing to spend up to 8,000 for an instrument that will sustain my lifetime! Any help?!?
