The original poster said if you "Have to" pay. There is a big difference between having to pay and choosing to pay. If you wanted you could've chosen to be in marching band to increase you scholarship. You could've auditioned earlier. You could've learned trombone and played in a jazz ensemble. You could've attended a different school that was offering a graduate assistantship. There were plenty of choices you made that contributed to your situation. You chose to pay.
