A SF Bay area tuba pro told me the Cerveny CC Piggy is a fairly decent tuba. I wonder if this means Cerveny has an uneven production history on this horn? That is, has quality control varied over the years? I have certainly been impressed by the several late-model Cerveny tubas I have played.
