sam pilafian teaches at arizona st. i've never taken from him, but i can tell you that he's a great player, one of the best when it comes to chamber music.
toby hanks teaches at yale, peabody, manhattan, chautaqua summer festival
he has had professional experience in orchestral, chamber music and solo playing, so would be a good all-around option for you.
warren deck, i dont think he teaches (at college level) anymore. he used to be a juilliard until he quit the philharmonic... so i dunno about him
paul krzywicki... great player, i have heard some not-so-positive remarks concerning his teaching, and he's at curtis (great school, if you can afford it wink wink)
