I have some reddish spots on my brand new F horn under the lacquer, just like you described. I also have a few silver spots. I've been told by professionals it's just acid bleed, and I see no reason to believe otherwise. Miraphone makes their horn mostly with machines, and not every horn turns out perfectly. If they wanted perfect horns, they'd custom make them by hand like Hirsbrunner often does. A little acid bleed is just a cosmetic blemish and won't damage your horn in any way.
