One of the MUSTS, a standard, is Ewald's Quintet No.1. That is an amazing piece. As well as his others Quintet pieces, but his No.1 is a standard. Like the others said, there's tons of stuff. Also, it depends on what kind of stuff you want to do.

P.S. A tip for quintet playing: DON'T put vibrato in your playing unless you're playing an exposed solo part. Nothing like your fellow quintet members tuning down to an unstable bass pitch.
