I dunno about the course(s), but from tuning a guitar several times a day from age 6 to about age 20, I can still pick up a guitar that has badly sagged below pitch and come within just a couple of cents of "E" (thus completely tuning the guitar without gadgets).

After renting out violins for quite a few years now, I'm not having much trouble finding a "G" either.

As another example, when I put a mouthpiece up to my mouth, I can usually find an "F" or a "C".

These "situational stimuli" obviously trigger memories in my brain the remind me of these pitches.

I'm just a bit skeptical that a course (of only 2 wks? 4 wks? 6 wks? etc.) could "burn in" memories such as those I have - from so many repeated encounters with the stimuli outlined above.
