i'm getting ready to take the plunge and get a "new" horn for college but i dont know which one. i was looking for a 4/4 or larger horn that i could use in an orchestra but recently i started thinking that most colleges i would be going to would probably have a large CC for their orchestra players. is this a correct assumption? if so what kind of horn would be a good one to look for($4000-ish )would a yamaha 621 be practical for a college orchestra player?
