My question was inspired by Rick Denney's recent post on his F tuba purchase.
What is your recommendation for a CD where the tubist has the best F tuba sound?
Although, Roger Bobo's playing is absolutely incredible on his CDs, I would not pick any of them as having that F tuba sound.
I'm going to go back and review my CD collection, but if I had to pick one now, I'd pick on of Velvet Brown's CDs. (Or, possibly Dan Perantoni.)
