I am having dificulties double tonguing and need someone's expert advice on the matter. Is there a specific area of the mouth that my tongue needs to touch, like the top of the teeth or something? Is air a major factor in determining how clean the tonguing is? Or could it be what type of mouthpiece I use? OK, that was a stupid question. I have an idea on how to do it; I try to use the words "toe-doe," but it sounds very unclean and heavy, like I've been licking peanut butter all day! Should I lighten up on the "doe" syllable produced at the back of the mouth? Any suggestions? Thank you! :-)
