Does anyone have a recommendation for a mouthpiece for a four-valve, probably 3/4 East German e flat tuba called a Weltklang? I bought a good but small mouthpiece from Phil Parker in London and also a Dennis Wick size 1 with a small shank. The latter seems too deep and better for a larger tuba. I got it to improve the low register. I guess a large diameter rim with a shallow cup and a small (old European) shank would be the best. Any suggestions or offers to sell something (besides getting a larger/bore and better E flat later)? Thank you. If you respond after 3 weeks you could kindly write to me at 3 Amaryllidos street, Aghios Stefanos, Greece 145 65 or I'll check this board.
