Actually the opposite was true - the fifth valve was removed by someone. Mr Jacobs brought the horn in for a quick repair and they removed the rotor on York #1. It was replaced with a differnt bore rotor and leadpipe. Mr Jacobs was not a happy camper about this! Gene had the rotor replaced with a Nirschl valve.
BTW - are you sure about a pix with 4 valves?
