Me and my friend started up a duet and we play cover songs. What I want to know is, if we made a CD and put whosever song we are playing, list them for the tracks (ex: Track 1: Styx - "Domo Arigato Mr. Robato" Track 2: Britany Spears - "Baby one more time") if we listed the tracks like that could we still get sued for copywright infrigement (spelling)?
