Rotary "Old Man's Tuba"?

There has been a lot of talk about the 6/4 Holtons lately, including discussion about how they are 'Old Man's Tubas' - they require less input but yield greater output. Horns such as the Alex and Cerveny are often said as taking more effort (or air) to get the same type of volume. This makes me wonder, is there such a thing as a rotary 'Old Man's Tuba'? The only thing that would come to mind is the vintage Marzans with the short leadpipe going into the slant valves, but I don't know if that really qualifies. Is a rotary "OMT" even possible, because of all the tight bends in the valves?
Just looking to start an intersting discussion!
