York Master brasses were made by Böhm & Meinl for a couple of decades after WWII. I have until now only seen photos of small bore Eb and BBb 3 piston, front and top action, tubas.

Plus of course the quite large BBb tubas with 4 front action pistons and a 0.750" bore. My own sample of these has no serial number stamped anywhere on pistons, body, or bell.

Early US tuba makers made many rotary valved instruments. From the period after 1900 I only remember to have seen documentation of one huge Martin with 3 rotary valves and some samples of two or three King models with 4 rotary valves: the monsters and the pit models.

The rotary York Master rotary BBb linked to below here mystifies me a bit: why put an American-type name on a German type instrument? A sales plot from the US importer?

Sadly the photos don't reveal too many details.
