The owner of TE continues to cause problems only because people continue to do business with him without a clear understanding of what is being supplied. If the tuba community is willing to "STOP" doing business with him, then there will not be any more complaints.
How many of you are willing to never, ever, do business with them? If you mean it, then your lack of dollars will be a signal to them that "something" is wrong.
