I'm totally serious. I'm sure we're all aware of tuba players that could absolutely bury a few of those Army guys but couldn't come close to the physical requirements. I can respect the rules of the Army I just don't agree with them. Being able to run two miles in under 15 min didn't help me get my 6 1/2 octave range.
