I have recently switched from F tuba to Eb. I sold my f and own an Eb. Does anyone have any magic recommendations for learning the switch in fingerings?
I realize that you can add three sharps and play using trumpet fingerings....However, this system doesn't work well if you show up at a gig and have them hand you a part in E major or b major! I would prefer to be able to read bass clef without transposing.
Any recommendations would be welcome....Easter's coming up fast!
