Okay, So i got this old king tuba from a teacher that had it laying in the back of a storage room (not stolen). Upright, 3 pistons. The bell is totally trashed, but I have a new one lined up for it from a friend. I would like to do some experimenting and try to cut this tuba into an Eb or an F. This is the 1140 model. How would i go about this and hwo do i know how much to cut. I'm sure that I have the means to do it, but I'm not quite sure how to do it.
