This may come as a surprise to some of my friends, but I'm confused ;^}
Do retailers like Dillon's, Custom, Brasswind, Brook Mays, and Tuba Exchange
really send horns out on approval prior to full payment for the horn?
Do these retailers offer time payments and financing?? Would like to hear
FROM the retailers, or people who have dealt with them on this level.
