Good morning, all. I was running my scales at my usual 5:30A.M. practice time (old military habits die slowly...) and it got me to thinking. What is the practice regimen of my fellow musicians? I may be a bit unusual, in that I practice tuba, fiddle, and banjo each day and schedule practice time accordingly to fit all in.I try to never miss a day.Was it not Pablo Casals who said: "If I miss one day's practice, I know it. if I miss two days, my fellow musicians know it. If I miss three days, my public knows it"? Do you have a specific time each day? Are you more "motivated" at specific times? Do you feel physically "better prepared" (lips warmed up, mind alert, etc.) in A.M. or P.M.? Those of you playing more than one ax- tuba first, other second (vice versa)? Thanks for your imput...and GO Giants!!!
