I know that very few of us breath perfectly, but I think I might have narrowed down one of my problems and I wanted to see if anyone can help me.
My problem is that I am breathing too much with my upper body and I can't really feal any, or much of the air, going to my lungs. I moreso feel my upper chest expanding. My teacher has told me about saying "How" when intaking the air, and also told me to visualise throwing a paper airplane, or shooting an arrow. These really haven't had much success with me, with the exception going to pronouncing "How".
Any other ideas?
