Does that mean, Joe, that you'd prefer to own an instrument that is known for excellent intonation and/or facility, but perhaps possesses a "sterile" tone quality compared to other "warmer" sounding horns with some intonation quirks? There is a very expensive line of tubas has that earned a reputation for this description; would one of their tubas, therefore, be your ideal CC horn?
