I think I can explain both the dizziness and the tingling: oxygen deprivation. If you are using all your air for the horn, your body doesn't get as much. There are two parts of your body using lots of blood (oxygen), your brain and your facial muscles. Your fingers, too, but they aren't nearly as sensitive. So as your oxygen level drops, you'll have that tingling and dizziness. I've had the same experience at altitude and after giving blood, especially when cranking out the sustained low notes (btw, this is when the fingers weren't DOING anything, another reason they don't tingle?). Keep the sugars down, avoid milk products before playing, and get regular exercise, and that will help. Good luck!
