I haven't seen this subject discussed since I started viewing this board. Years ago, I enjoyed wearing a mustache. (When I wasn't playing tuba) As I remember, when I tried to play tuba while wearing a mustache, there seemed to be too hair in the way for my embrochure to respond properly. Any suggestions about how to enjoy having a mustache AND playing the tuba? Are there different ways to trim the mustache or a better way to place the mouthpiece on the lips? Please advise.
