Well, the 2XJ bashers have beat up on my poor little 20J so much that it has gotten an inferiority complex - not to mention blushing lacquer!

Just for purposes of discussion (I can't really afford a new one) I am curious if anyone makes a quality, bigger bore, fat taper (old man's horn) today, that has an upright valve section, for us old folks that can't see to play a horn with front action valves.

I'm not talking about the Yamaha 321, but something more like the Conn 2Xj, the big Martins, monster York, or even a Hisbrunner, but with upright valves, and thus the leadpipe on the left side of the bell.
