Floyd Cooley and Peter Warhaftig in San Fransisco play PT-6's and there is another guy out on the west coast named Craig Knox who plays one too, I think. Professional orchestral players all seem to play different horns for different reasons (endorsements???). On the level below the "big" orchestra level there are a ton of people playing PT-6's. A lot of up and coming players for sure. I feel they are the most resonnant of horns and have the best intonation. (if you play them correctly)
